Refund Policy
Refunds / Returns (when applicable)
To qualify for a refund, return or exchange, you must email us first within 60 days after receiving your order at onecompressbamboo@gmail.com. Once the item is received, we will send a replacement when one is available. If no replacement can be provided, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OneCompress is not liable for packages marked as delivered to the address submitted with an order that are later lost or stolen. When requested, OneCompress will verify the delivery address, delivery date, tracking details and shipping carrier information so the customer can investigate.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We generally replace items only when they arrive defective or damaged, though we understand things can happen. If you need to exchange an item, email us at onecompressbamboo@gmail.com and we will help you.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact onecompressbamboo@gmail.com for instructions about the process. Please note - the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.
ALERT: It has come to our attention that some shipping partners have been completely overwhelmed in recent months because of the global situation. As a result, some orders are taking 60 days to arrive. If your order has been affected by this, please email us so we can resolve it right away.
